Overview In this role you will lead high-end residential projects in South West London, spanning new builds, refurbishments and basements. You will work within a reputable contractor team, ensuring top-quality finishes and strong client satisfaction. You will manage safety, logistics and client relationships to keep projects on track and aligned with the company’s quality standards. This is a hands-on, client‑facing role with a clear impact on project delivery and reputation.
Responsibilities - Manage high-end residential projects (new builds, refurbishments, basements) from planning to handover
- Maintain strict health and safety standards and accurate project paperwork
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and client interactions
- Ensure quality of finish and client satisfaction across projects
- Operate within SW London region with regular on-site presence
- Support bidding and collaboration with reputable developers or main contractors
Key requirements - Track record in high-end residential project delivery
- Experience with new builds, refurbishments and basement excavation
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifications
- Strong health and safety compliance and documentation skills
- Presentable with solid client-facing capabilities
- Excellent man-management and leadership abilities
- Ability to commute to SW London daily
